I meant FILLMORE EAST in NYC
I SAW HIM MANY TIMES AT THE FIMORE EAST IN NYC IN THE 60'S AND 70'S..WHAT A GREAT MUSIAN HE WAS!
From a tree house in Acre Lane, Cheadle Hulme, Manchester, England this legend blazed his way across the world, inspiring so many other legends on his way. We will never see the likes of him again, feel blessed to have been on the planet when he was here, enjoying all the music and musicians he selflessly guided to greatness. RIP John, the blues world has lost one of its hero’s ❤️🙏
John Mayall was the first concert I ever attended. 1970 at Manchester Free Trade Hall. Supported by Duster Bennett ? John's music gave me so much pleasure over the years. R.I.P. JOHN
Saw him first in Salt Lake City. Friends introduced us to his music when he played a club there. Before his show he was sitting at the next table and we didn’t even know. Saw him again at The House of Blues in Nola. Talked with him and he autographed his cd for me. He was a true master of his craft singing the blues.
